Delete your data
Clever Paws has no accounts. Your game progress is saved on your phone, and the little data we hold about your play is tied to a random ID the game makes up — not to your name, email or phone number. This page shows how to delete both, and what is deleted and what is kept.
1. Delete what is on your phone
Open the game, go to Settings, tap Delete all data, then Yes, delete. This immediately deletes your progress, coins, lives, boosters and your cats-or-dogs choice. Coins you bought are deleted too and cannot be restored.
Uninstalling the game deletes everything it saved on your phone, including the random ID — unless your phone restores the game from its own backup when you reinstall it.
2. Ask us to delete the data we hold
- In the game, open Settings and tap the version number at the very bottom seven times. A panel opens showing your User id. Tap Copy. (Deleting your data in step 1 does not change this ID, so you can do this before or after.)
- Email bs.games.support@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Clever Paws data” and paste the ID into the message.
- We confirm by email within 30 days, once the deletion has been requested.
If you have already uninstalled the game, write to us anyway with roughly when you installed it and your phone model. Without the ID we may not be able to find your data, because nothing we hold says who you are.
3. What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted when you ask:
- Gameplay analytics — the events and identifiers linked to your ID in Google Analytics for Firebase (for example which levels you started, won or lost, boosters used, coin and life balances). Google removes them from reports within 72 hours and from its servers within about two months of our request.
- Everything on your phone, using step 1 or by uninstalling.
Kept:
- Advertising and measurement data held by Google (AdMob) and Meta. They keep it under their own policies and we cannot delete it for you. To stop it being linked to you, reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads), and see Google’s and Meta’s privacy policies for requests to them.
- Purchase records held by Google Play, which Google keeps for payment and legal reasons. We never see your payment details.
- Totals that identify no one, such as how many players finished a level.
If you never ask, analytics data is deleted automatically at the end of the retention period set in our Google Analytics settings. See the Privacy Policy for everything we collect and why.
